The Kent Health & Safety Group holds a database of its members. This is held securely and is used for the purpose of running the group and communicating with its members. The database is not shared with third party organisations. Members are deleted from the database within 3 years of leaving the group. Enquiries about the data held should be addressed to the General Secretary.
